London, 29 October 2024 - Multiply is excited to announce that it has secured Advanta Wealth as a new client, embarking on an innovative project to transform the annual review journey for clients and advisers. This initiative will showcase the potential for broader digitisation within Advanta's wealth management journey.

The Multiply solution, powered by generative AI, will deliver automation to the annual review process for both clients and advisers. Clients will benefit from a user-friendly, branded interface to update their financial information and book appointments, while advisers can streamline and personalise the process through a comprehensive dashboard. Seamless integration with Intelliflo will ensure efficient data management, with intelligent triage rules prioritising cases and facilitating smooth transitions from data collection to advice formulation.

"We are excited to partner with Advanta to drive digital transformation in wealth management," said Vivek Madlani, CEO of Multiply. "Our solution will not only streamline the annual review process but also enhance the overall client experience, making financial advice more accessible and efficient."

Commenting on this project, Advanta’s Chief Commercial Officer, Mark Pearson said “Digitisation and efficiency gains generated by the project will provide Advanta with the ability to build on the excellent relationship we have between our clients, their family members and our advisers."  He further commented that “utilising generative AI enables our clients to engage with the review journey at a time that suits them, be it on the train on the way to work or in the evening when out of normal office hours.  In an increasingly busy and demanding world, we see that being able to respond to clients' needs in a timeline and manner that suits them is key to building and maintaining long-term relationships.
